• Product content — messages, transactions, notes, and other content you create in the Service for the AI agents to work on.

2. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service; to form your company (directly or through a partner) and register domains; to process payments; to run the AI agents on your data and produce drafts for your approval; to provide support; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse; and to meet legal, tax, and formation-recordkeeping obligations.

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites or build advertising profiles. We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account data.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Railway — application hosting.
• Formation / registered-agent partner — where used to file your company.
• Domain registrar — where you register a domain (registration requires registrant contact details).
• AI model providers — to generate the drafts the agents prepare from your content.
• Email provider — to send account and transactional emails.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of StarterFuel, our users, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

StarterFuel and its providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where you ask us to form a company or register a domain in a particular country, your information is transferred and processed as needed to provide that service.

6. Retention & security

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and formation-recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it. We use technical and organizational safeguards, including database row-level access controls that wall off each company's data, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
